Our Project Management and PMO (Project/Programme Management Office) Services are tailored to suit you. We are able to offer both on-site and outsourced services, for the duration of your change initiative or at crucial times in the project lifecycle.

 

You may choose to use us:

 

  • to manage the full project/programme lifecycle, with a focus on embedding best practice within your team and ensuring that the project progresses to time, cost and quality on behalf of the project/programme sponsor.
  • to manage the PMO administration of your project/programme, with a focus on ensuring that planning, risks & issues, changes and costs are managed in a controlled manner; and objectively reporting progress and exceptions to the relevant governance board and sponsor in a timely fashion.

 

  • at project start up to ensure that the project is set-up with a clearly identified methodology for delivery, a robust governance structure and well defined terms of reference.
  • to carry out a "gateway review" before the project moves from one phase into another.
  • at project closure to ensure smooth transition to Business as Usual (BAU) and to conduct a Post-Implementation Review.

 
 All of the above services can be offered either by embedding a consultant within your team on-site, or by using our outsourced services

 

Our Approach

 

Our consulting services bring structure to your project or programme to ensure a controlled delivery. Our methodology is based on the best practice guidance published by the Office of Government Commerce (OGC)* including PRINCE2, MSP (Managing Successful Programmes) and P3O (Portfolio, Programme and Project Offices); however we don't believe in one size fits all project management so our approach is scalable to the needs of your organisation and the size of the specific initiative.
